How to receive referral voucher

If you have referred friends or family to our practice, and they have attended a consultation, we will send you a text message. Simply show one of our friendly staff members the text message you received.

Terms and Conditions

• Each referral must be a new patient to Innovative Eye Care.
• You will receive one $50 voucher for each referred individual who schedules and completes their first appointment with us.
• The voucher is valid for 3 months from the date of issue.
• The voucher is not redeemable for consultation items, solutions, or contact lenses.
• The voucher can be applied towards the purchase of products (spectacle frames and sunglasses) only.
• A maximum of one voucher is permitted per transaction.
• Vouchers cannot be combined with any other offers or discounts.
